THE NETWORK FOR BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT PROMOTION


Project “Establishment of a Pro-Reform Coalition of the Representatives of the Business Sector, NGOs and Leading Media in Serbia” is implemented by Economic and Social Policy Institute (ESPI Institute) in cooperation with INEKO Institute from Bratislava with financial support of the Slovak Government.


The Profile of the Network for Business Environment Promotion

The Profile of the Network for Business Environment Promotion is an association of private businesses, civil society organizations, research institutions, the media and eminent experts from Serbia. It operates towards increasing effectiveness in the work of government authorities and companies’ operation.

Goals

The basic goals of the establishment of the Network for Business Environment Promotion in Serbia are for its members to work and develop healthy partner relationship, thus contributing to the steady improvement of the business environment in Serbia, in order to ensure conditions for efficient business operation of companies and other entities, the efficient use of development factors, the growth of competitiveness in internal, regional and international market and the achievement of dynamic and stable economic growth.

  • Initiating the creation of the new and the amendments and supplements of relevant regulations and procedures
  • Giving comments to relevant draft laws and economic policy measures
  • Creating analyses, papers and reports
  • Communication of Network’s recommendations and positions to the government and public
  • Cooperation with relevant associations in the country and abroad
  • Other activities conducive to the improvement of the business environment in Serbia

Membership

The Network for Business Environment Promotion was founded by 30 members, 20 of whom are private businesses, 4 NGOs, 2 research institutes, 1 media company and 3 independent experts specialized in business environment issues at macro and micro level. During the project implementation period, membership is free of charge
