How to Become a Member of the Network for Business Environment Promotion
A representative of a company, an NGO, a research institution or a media house and an independent expert who has ability to contribute to the realization of Network’s goals may become a member of the Network on condition that he/she embrace the goals and the Statute of the Network.
A member shall sign the application form, by which he/she confirms that he/she accepts the goals and the Statute of the Association.
A member may cancel membership by giving a written statement on cancellation.
Members’ Duties and Obligations
A member has right to:
- Give contribution to the realization of Association’s goals, together and on equal footing with other members;
- Directly participate in decision-making at the Assembly, as well as to indirectly participate in decision-making through Association’s bodies;
- Vote and be voted into Association’s bodies;
- Be timely and fully informed about the work and activities of the Association;
- Cooperate with other members of the Association under specially defined conditions.
A member shall:
- Actively contribute to the realization of Association’s goals;
- Participate, in line with their interest, in Association’s activities;
- Pay membership fee;
- Perform other duties entrusted to him/her by the Managing Board
